Did not plan to make pineapple tarts at all this year as I wasn't sure if I can eat them, now that I am pregnant. Bought a tub of Hub's favourite pineapple tarts which I intend to bring it into States for him but in the end I gave it to my FIL as my hand carry was too heavy....So have been feeling guilty as Hub did not manage to eat his favourite pineapple tarts from Le Cafe.
I must say I am very very happy with this recipe (which I will not disclose), it's very buttery and melts in your mouth.....Ahhhh just the kind Hub likes. Made everything from scratch, the jam and all but it's all worth it ; )
