This is the pesto I have been using since a girlfriend introduced it to me last Christmas. It's is really easy to use, just cook your pasta as directed on the packaging (I used Barilla Spaghettoni no7) and stir in the pesto.
I usually have a pack of frozen scallops in my freezer which I can use to cook Western or Asian dinners.
Fried some bacon, toss in the scallops, pasta and pesto. I added some Tetsuya's Black Truffle Salsa for that extra Ummm....
