Yong Tau Foo in Fermented Bean Sauce

A simple dish to go with plain porridge ; p

What you need:
Yong Tau Foo (from wet market or supermarket)
1 thumb sized ginger, julienned
1 small chilli padi, sliced
2 tbsp fermented bean, minced
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1.5 cup water

What to do:
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, add chilli and ginger. Fry till fragant
2. Add fermented bean and soy sauce, mix well
3. Add in Yong Tau Foo and water
4. Let it boil and Yong Tau Foo are cooked thoroughly, about 15 mins
5. Serve
