Stirfry Bean Sprouts with Salted Fish


What you need:

Handful of beansprouts
About 5 shitake mushrooms, julienned
Handful of sliced asparagus
1/2 box of firm tofu
1 tbsp of salted fish (toasted & shredded)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 cup chicken stock



What to do:

1. Fry tofu in 2 tbsp of oil till brown, dish out
2. Fry garlic in the oil
3. Add salted fish and fry for a min
4. Add asparagus, mushroom, beansprout. Mix well
5. Add oyster sauce and chicken stock. Add in tofu and fry for about 5 mins
6. Dish out and serve
