Hub has to work today, sigh...We are in USA and we don't follow the Chinese holidays here anymore. Missing home this morning so I decided to make my favourite noodle; Char Siew Mee; )
Not as good as the one in Rowell Road but it does satisfy my craving till I get back to Singapore
