Singapore Chilli Crab

Been busy lately and caught the lazy bug….haven’t been posting for about 2 weeks already. I been busy packing the house as Hub is going away next month and I will join him next year.

Hub has been trying to refresh my memory of driving a manual car and has been making me drive his car at quiet places in the wee hours….
Seriously, I dislike driving manual cars. Call me anything but I find it time consuming and there are easier and more comfortable way to get from point A to point B...such as a automatic car. I prefer to drive my own auto car anytime...

Anyway, I cooked this for Hub and my parents last Sunday. Dad and Mum like it very much, Hub gave his his 2 thumbs up. But thumbs down for Hub's photography skill *Grin*
